Shipping & Returns


**Please note that we do not accept local pickups nor returns on all orders** provides reliable shipping via USPS or UPS worldwide.

Shipping to a different address? Yes, you may place an order to be shipped to a different address.

Shipping to an international address? Yes, an order may be shipped to an international address.

How much is shipping to an international address? We only ship with USPS Priority Boxes and USPS Express with tracking and insurance.

Do you know how much I have to pay for taxes if the order is ship to an international address? Unfortunately, it's up to your country's customs to determine the tax rate. We are not responsible for any tax due upon entering foreign country. We will not declare any value other then the item's real value.

Do you ship USPS First Class with international Orders? Unfortunately, we do not ship international orders without a tracking. Therefore, all international orders are shipping with Priority Flat Rate Box or Express USPS.

Multiple shipping addresses? Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses.

P.O. Box Addresses? Shipping is not available for APO/FOP and P.O. Box addresses.

Package Tracking? A shipping confirmation will be send to you by email along with a tracking number after your order is shipped out.

What if I didn't receive an order confirmation or shipping confirmation? It might be an incorrect email. Please email to get a confirmation number.

Return & Exchanges

We are fully confident that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange if it is made within 14 days of the SHIPPING date. We apologize we can't accept the items that expire the deadline.


** Intimates (ie. lingerie, underwear, bras, swim wear etc.) are non refundable.

** All items marked as "Sale Items" are FINAL SALE items and therefore cannot be returned for exchange or refunds.

** The goods must be returned in original condition. Returns are inspected upon receipt. Items must not have been worn, washed, altered, etc. and have all originals tags attached. Items with snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages will result in the item being returned to you. Please Note: If you do not accept the item being returned to you, we will charge you 50% of the value of the item, plus shipping charges, as a restocking fee.

If we shipped an item(s) that was damaged or different from the original invoice and you want a refund, please return the merchandise to the mailing address provided. We will gladly refund your original and return shipping costs back to your credit card. (Please allow 1-2 weeks from the date we receive your return for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement)

If for some reason you decided not to keep the merchandise, we will refund you the amount on the return item, but will not refund the original shipping cost or the return shipping cost back. If we shipped an item(s) that was different from the original invoice or was damaged, and you want an exact replacement (if available) to be reshipped to you, your return shipping cost will be credited back to your credit card. Also, you will not be charged for the shipping cost for the exact replacement.

If for some reason you decided to exchange the merchandise for a different color or size, your return shipping will not be refunded, and also we will have to charge you on your credit card for the shipping cost on your exchange merchandise. At this moment, we only accept exchanges on the same merchandise. Exchanges are subject to availability. By the time your exchange order is processed, the item(s) you have requested may be sold out or no longer available, we will refund the merchandise back to your credit card (without the return shipping).

Steps for Return and Exchange:

1. All returns and exchanges required a RNA#. Please email for an RNA # with the subject “RNA” and the following information: Name, Address, Order Number, and Reason to Return/Exchange. (Returns/Exchanges without an RNA # will be rejected)

2. Please allow 24-48 hours for a reply on your RNA#.

3. Fill out the Return and Exchange Form by listing the return reason code and return quantity. Retain your original order invoice for your records.

4. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely in the original package and include the completed "Return and Exchange Form."

5. Mail to : Return & Exchange Department, which should be the located in your packing slip.
